Your brand truth lives in a documented, exportable, independently implementable format. If you change vendor, the format goes with you. That is not a concession, it is the strongest argument we have in procurement.
A value exists. A value is expected and unknown. The brand deliberately defines none. It does not apply in this context. Unknown is never filled in by inference, it stays visibly open.
A search over prose answers what is written somewhere. The standard answers what applies here, and whether we may proceed. Those are two different questions, and only the second one carries an approval.
It makes decisions traceable, not automatically compliant. There is no certificate and no certification programme. A human decides before external use.
The current version, the schemas and the conformance suite live there. We deliberately do not repeat those figures here.
